Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be unused and in its original condition.

• It should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, although your bank or card provider may take a little longer for the funds to appear.
