Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please get in touch at support@basicmuslim.co.uk. We'll be happy to let you know if we can assist or discuss possible shipping options.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays with the postal or courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@basicmuslim.co.uk as soon as possible. Where possible, please include photographs of the item and its packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
